We do not verify contractor licensing. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance services ourselves.

We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance status, pricing, or availability of any contractor, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor or the partner site.

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and residents of the United States, within the service areas we currently support.

Any consent to be contacted (by phone, SMS, or email) is given to that partner site under its own terms and privacy notice, not under these Terms.
