This website ("we", "us") operates an independent quote-comparison service that connects homeowners in the United States with local HVAC (air conditioning and heating) contractors. We are not an HVAC contractor or service provider ourselves, and we do not verify contractor licensing.
This site itself does not collect your name, phone number, email address, or ZIP code — there is no form on this site. We (and our advertising/tracking service providers) automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, and click identifiers used for advertising and analytics tracking.
If you click "Check Availability," we redirect you to an independent partner website, where the partner (not us) has its own form and checks eligibility and collects your contact information directly if you choose to submit it there. That partner's own privacy notice governs how they collect, use, and share your information — we encourage you to review it before submitting anything on their site. We use the technical data described above (not your personal contact details) to measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns.
Meta/Facebook sets cookies and similar technologies when you arrive from one of our ads, to measure ad performance and support their own advertising products. We also use a dedicated click-tracking platform to attribute conversions across our funnel. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We do not collect your name, phone number, or email address ourselves, so we have none of that to share. We do share technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and click identifiers) with advertising and analytics service providers (such as Meta/Facebook and our click-tracking platform) to measure ad performance and attribute conversions. This technical data may itself be considered personal information under some state privacy laws, and sharing it with those providers for advertising purposes may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws — we do not represent otherwise. Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of this sharing; see "Your choices" below. We may separately receive compensation from the offer's advertiser for each referred visitor who is accepted as a valid lead under that offer's own terms — submitting a form on the partner's site does not by itself guarantee it will be counted as a valid, payable lead.
Browser cookie settings limit some of the tracking described above, but not the server-side sharing of click identifiers with our click-tracking platform and Meta. To opt out of that sharing, contact us at the email below. We do not hold your name, phone number, or email address, so requests to access, correct, or delete that contact information should be directed to the partner site you were redirected to, using their own privacy notice.
